• Application form and college prospectus are available from the college office.
• After filling your application for admission in college, submit it to the college office with the photocopies of the following documents:

• Provisional certificate
• School/ college leaving certificate
• Character certificate
• Board result card/ students of federal board submit the NOC and verified copy of the mark sheet.
• Matric or FA registration card
• B. Form issued by Nadra Office having student’s registration number
• Students from boards other than Rawalpindi board, must submit the verified copy of migration certificate and mark sheet of Metric from their respective boards.
• Extra-curricular activities certificate
• Three pass port size photos with blue background for your identification at the time of fee submission. Two photos of 1”x1” are required for college ID card.
• The application form must be duly signed by the candidate’s father/guardian and his CNIC copy must be attached with the form.

• Admission will be done on merit as per Government Policy.
• Admission forms for FSC and FA will be of different colors. The students must submit the migration certificate of their respective boards if they have passed the SSC exams from a board other than Rawal Pindi board. Students who have passed their O Levels exams and the candidates from other boards must submit the equivalence certificate of the respective board.
• At the time of their admission in Associate degree program, part one (3rd year) students must submit migration certificate if they have passed inter exams from a board not affiliated with the Punjab University. The students who have passed A Level examination will submit an equivalence certificate.
• All the candidates must submit their application forms (required documents attached) within the date fixed by the board or University. Selected candidates will submit their admission fee till the due date. Late fee will be charged after the due date. Late admission of the candidates whose result has been withheld by the board for any reason, shall be possible within the allowed time limit, subject to the availability of the seat.
• Principal’s approval for admission to the college will be considered final.
• Candidates who fall short of the merit of science group will have to apply separately for admission to arts group.
• The list of candidates eligible for admission will be displayed on the college notice board.
• Candidates who qualify for admission will have to show their original qualification certificates on the given date, before they are allowed to submit their fee in the authorized bank.
• Students who have passed the examination from a board other than Rawalpindi board, will have to submit their original degrees to the college administration.
• Admission of a candidate may be terminated at any time on account of any irregularity found in her degree.
• College discipline rules apply on every student and the student who violates these rules will be expelled from the college.
• Students can select only those subjects that are mentioned in the prospectus and are listed in the timetable.
• Students who have taken their Senior Cambridge exams and are waiting for the result, will have to report in advance so that their seats may be reserved.

Examination policy is most important in college rules and regulations. It is necessary for all the students of all the classes to be present in all tests and examination. Rules which the examination committee has formed for different classes must be followed by all the students and there is no chance of any change in these rules.

First Year:

• It is necessary for the students to obtained 33% marks in each subject otherwise, their admission will not be send for board examination.
• Students are not eligible for board examination if their attendance is less than 75%.

Second Year:

• It is necessary for the students to obtained 33% marks in each subject otherwise, their admission will not be send for board examination.
• Students are not eligible for board examination if their attendance is less than 75%.
• Those students who are failed in three subjects will be expelled from the college.
• Students who are failed in any subject in first year board examination, their admission will be send in Bi-Annual Examination instead of Annual Board Examination.

Important Rules:

• It is necessary for all the students to clear FA, FSC, BA, BSC and Masters send up and pre board/ pre university Exams. If a student will not appear in these exams her admission will not be send. Moreover, 75% attendance is compulsory.
• A student will be expelled from the college if she is fail three subjects.
• Students who fails in Elective Subjects or in one Elective subject and in English, they will be given retest and must clear it otherwise, college administration will detain such students from the college.
• Students attendance is compulsory after the send up/ December test.

Moreover, it is not only compulsory for the students to be present in Pre-Board and Pre-University exams but it is also necessary for all the students to clear these exams. In other case college administration will not give them roll number slips.

• Students must pay college fee and funds for the whole academic year, in one go.
• Admission of 2nd and 4th year students will be automatically cancelled in case of none payment of dues.
• Students of first year and third year have to pay their fee and funds at the time of admission.
• Students of first year and third year must receive their roll number slips from college administration after submitting the college fee on the same day or next day, otherwise, the admission will be automatically cancelled.
• Students can get college leaving certificate only if all of their college dues are clear and the details are mentioned on the form provided by college office.
• Students who want to leave college must inform college administration immediately, otherwise their fee would accumulate in the form of arrears. They will be entitled to receive a college leaving certificate and Library security after they have paid all dues for the duration of their stay in college.
• If a student does not claim security until two years after her result, this security is automatically integrated into the college account.
• Security will be paid after Board and University exams.

• Only Fee Concession Committee is authorized to give concession in college fee.
• Students will submit their fee concession applications (on the form provided by college office) at the time of the submission of admission forms.
• Students may avail fee concession according to the following criteria:

• In all student related issues, decisions taken by the Principal and college council will be final.
• Regular attendance is the most important rule of the college. It will be strictly implemented. If a student remains absent up to 15 days, her roll number will be automatically struck off.
• Students of FA Part 1 and ADA part 1 are allowed to change their subjects within seven days of the commencement of their classes. Students are allowed to opt for only those subjects in which seats are vacant.
• Admission in all subjects will be offered on merit only. No recommendation or application would be entertained in this regard.
• According to the rules of Higher Education Department, 75% attendance is compulsory for sending admission to Board and University. Admission will not be sent in case of short attendance.
• Students who do not appear in college examination will be fined.
• College assembly is held at 8 o’clock sharp. Students are not allowed to enter the college after 8:30 am or leave during college timings.
• Students are strictly advised to come in college uniform. When they come to college to receive their roll number slips or to get their practical copies checked by the teachers, they have to come in complete college uniform, otherwise they will be fined.
• Students are not allowed to bring Mobile Phones in college. If a student does not show compliance, her cellphone will be confiscated. She may be fined or even expelled from the college if she ignores the previous warnings. Parents should not approach college administration, in this regard.
• Students are not allowed to receive visitors within the college premises, nor may any student receive telephone calls.
• Presence of all students is compulsory in Assembly and zero period.
• Students are not allowed to change the section assigned to them at the time of admission.
• According to Govt. Rules Local Migration is not allowed.
• Surprise checking during college hours may be done any day. If a student is caught with mobile phone, she will be expelled from college. Cosmetics too will be confiscated.
• Admission will not be sent in case of short attendance.

Students who have passed their examination from a Board/University other than Rawalpindi Board or Punjab University Lahore, have to submit the following documents:

• Character certificate and college leaving certificate from the previous institution.
• Record of attendance from the previous institution.
• NOC and verified copy of mark sheet from the secretary or registrar of the previous institution.
• Proof of your admission in your previous institution and the registration return page on which your name, roll number, Father’s name and other details (regarding your registration with the previous Board/University) are mentioned.
• Moreover, Principal may demand the record of the student’s good conduct, discipline and good reputation.
• Receipt of fee challan paid at the time of admission in previous college.

It is necessary for all college students to attend classes, participate in all academic activities and ceremonies held in the college. However, leave may be applied as follows:

• Submit an application for leave (duly signed by the parents) on which student’s name, roll number, class and date and reason for leave must be mentioned.
• If a student requires leave for more than 10 days due to some sort of illness, she has to submit her medical certificate along with the application.
• In case of absence from college (and classes) without leave, students will be fined Rs 10/- per lecture.
• Admission will be cancelled on being absent from college for more than ten consecutive days, without application or prior notice.

Recommended Fine Proposed by Higher Education Department:

Students who want to change their subject in Rawalpindi Board will pay their fee according to the board rules of subject change. In addition to this the students who want to change their group...

• A) from arts to science or from science to arts
• B) or want to move from one group to another group such as Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering or Computer Science

...their fee will be charged as per board rules. Change in the fee is subject to any change in Government policy.

Also, students who need to make any correction in their name, father’s name, or their date of birth, should contact their relevant Board/University in order to get the changes done.
