Examination policy is most important in college rules and regulations. It is necessary for all the students of all the classes to be present in all tests and examination. Rules which the examination committee has formed for different classes must be followed by all the students and there is no chance of any change in these rules.
Moreover, it is not only compulsory for the students to be present in Pre-Board and Pre-University exams but it is also necessary for all the students to clear these exams. In other case college administration will not give them roll number slips.
College hostel provides limited accommodation facility to the students. Keeping its limited capacity in view admission will be given in the college hostel only on the basis of merit.
Students who want to avail the hostel facility should procure an application form from the college warden, at the time of admission. The rules of the college hostel are mentioned on this form. Students have to submit this form after filling it along with the admission form.

Students who want to change their subject in Rawalpindi Board will pay their fee according to the board rules of subject change. In addition to this the students who want to change their group...
...their fee will be charged as per board rules. Change in the fee is subject to any change in Government policy.
Also, students who need to make any correction in their name, father’s name, or their date of birth, should contact their relevant Board/University in order to get the changes done.

The college magazine had been named AL VIQAR in the former years, but on the occasion of Pakistan Golden Jubilee it was renamed Viqar Un Nisa. This magazine has two sections, one section is of Urdu Literature and the other consists of English essays, poems and stories.
One faculty member from the Urdu department and the other from the English department supervises the two respective sections of the magazine. Under the supervision of these incharges, the student editor incharges put in keen and diligent efforts to plan, edit and compile the college magazine.

Students who get admission in this college will be provided with a college identity card with student’s specific identification mentioned on it.
Student’s picture of size 1”x1” with blue background, verified by the Principal of the college is pasted on this identity card. It is mandatory for a student to wear her college identity card during college timings. The student who fails to do so might be fined.
The annual award and certificate distribution ceremony is held in college auditorium, in order to acknowledge and reward the academic achievements and good performers among the students.
There is valuable stock of high quality, new edition books, valuable manuscript, dictionaries and encyclopedias in the college library. Numerous international and nationally acclaimed magazines and newspapers are available in college library all the time. This is an attractive spot for students seeking knowledge. Adjacent to college library there is a large and quiet reading room which is a very inspiring place for the students who love to seek knowledge.

The College Proctorial board comprises of college faculty members whose responsibility is to keep an eye on the college environment and to maintain discipline by ensuring the implementation of college rules and regulations. The senior most faculty member of the Board is the Senior Proctor (or the Proctor in charge of the board).
Whatever rules this board sets out for discipline in college, apply equally to all students. Student members of the college Discipline committee are eligible for prizes on their good performance round the year.
College Principal is the supervisor of this council and she is the ultimate decision taking authority in all the issues that are brought to her notice by the student council. The faculty members in this council provide complete guideline to college students regarding the college rules. The student members of this council are trained to help maintain discipline in college premises. They remain in contact with the concerned staff members and bring student related issues to their notice on the daily basis or as the need arises.

Medical Center was established on 24th February 2009 under the supervision of the Principal in Old Academic Block . Mrs.Amna Ghulam Rasool is the incharge of this Medical Center. First Aid facility is available in case a student feels unwell during college hours or gets hurt in some minor accident.
Apart from the educational activities, different socities/ departments arrange functions and extracurricular activities in college, on important occasions of national or international importance. The purpose of these functions is to groom students, broaden their mental horizon and inculcate moral values in them.
Participation of students in these activities is mandatory.
